Cancellation

Please be sure to notify of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to one’s appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee added to client’s accounts. 

Late

Appointments are scheduled for the appropriate time required for application, and so showing up late takes away from time that can be otherwise used for lashing! Clients who are over 15 minutes late to appointments may be asked to reschedule.
